Admission Requirements

An applicant who wishes to be considered for admission must have the following documents on file:

A complete application for admission (apply here Admissions Application )

An official transcript from an accredited or approved high school or

General Education Development (GED) examination scores

A Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood from a federally recognized tribe, if applicable. (Request for Tribal Enrollment)

An applicant who wishes to be considered for admission must have the following documents on file:

An official transcript from previous colleges or universities attended

A Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood from a federally recognized tribe, if applicable. (Request for Tribal Enrollment Form)

An applicant who wishes to be considered for readmission must have the following documents on file:
